1) Warranty Policy
We desire your complete satisfaction with our products. All products are guaranteed to be free from defective materials and/or workmanship.

2) Return Policy
In the event you have found one of our products to be defective in some way -- please contact us! We will issue a return form which you will need to fill out and we will ask for photographs as well. In the event of verifiable defects we will issue a return number. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will issue a refund excluding shipping costs.
We do not issue refunds to customers who have incorrectly calculated the size of their gate. If you have any questions regarding size, please see our How to Measure page or contact us.
3) Shipping policy
It is the customer's responsiblity to inspect all items upon delivery! Any damage incurred during shipping is the responsiblity of the carrier and a claim must be filed with them immediately. We appreciate being notified if you have experienced shipping damage.

4) Color choices
We cannot accept returns due to dissatisfaction with a color. There is some variation from samples to actual gate colors especially regarding the "verde washes". The actual gate color will meet or exceed industry standards regarding consistency with your color selections.
